后端 Class.ChatGPT.php 中用 curl 向 OpenAI 发起请求，使用 curl 的 CURLOPT_WRITEFUNCTION 设置回调函数，同时请求参数里 'stream' => true 告诉 OpenAI 开启流式传输。
